Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
alksdfjlsdjf
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common condition in which the upper airway repeatedly collapses during sleep causing pauses in breathing, sometimes as often as 100 times per hour, up to a minute long. These episodes cause decreased airflow and frequent waking due to choking. If untreated, this condition may increase the risk of uncontrolled blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, and risk of complications after surgery.
